Writing in Starbucks

I normally prefer to write at home while my children are napping or in school. Yesterday, I had to go to the mechanic, so I spent about an hour writing on my Chromebook in Starbucks.

I had a really productive day! Rather than provide a distraction, the patrons in the cafe inspired me. The Pumpkin Spice Latte that I drank while writing didn't hurt, either.

A woman with her own laptop asked me to watch it while she used the restroom, confirming that there is a camaraderie between computer users at Starbucks.
